Operation method
- Empty gelatin capsules are fed from a storage hopper to the rectifier, and inserted with the aid of vacuum into one of the carrier segments.
- Second empty capsule feeder.
- The carrier segment's upper holder holding the caps is now lifted.
- The lower segment push out.
- Powder slug is inserted into the capsule body; when there is no capsule body held at the lower segment, the powder slug will be further pushed downward and collected in a receiver tray.
- Pellet or tablet filling device. (Optional)
- Ejection of un-separated capsule or the up-side-down capsule caps is performed with an aid of upward stroking rods.
- Lower segment pull back.
- Upper segment moving down.
- Joining the fed capsules. The length of joining station is adjustable by joining pins and plate.
- Closed capsules are again pushed upward by the other steel rods and leave the machine through outlet tray.
- Carrier segment is blowing by pressed air and powders and capsule caps are suck by the nozzle then proceeds to the capsule insertion station.
