Double-Cone Mixer
SY-RBD
This mixer has U-type shape chamber with sequence screw type mixing blade inside the chamber. Both chamber and blade are meet sanitary grade and GMP standard. Inside the chamber, because screw type blade creates double anti-flow, so it increases the material contact surface which makes the mixing fast and evenly. The bottom discharge part can connect to screw type discharge device for packing purpose. This machine is useful for medium and large volume production. Vacuuming, heating, drying and cooling functions are available in this mixer too.
Features:
- Fixed U-cute, internal worm shape stirring blades, by using countercurrent direction it cause the raw materials forming a countercurrent flow motion which increases the contact mixed area.
- Therefore, it is able to achieve quick and even mixing. May connect a screw discharge device at the bottom to dixcharge materials for quantitative packing. Suitable for medium and mass production.
