Nauta Mixer
SY-NM
The Nauta-Mixer for the biological chemical (SY-NM) is using the 3D convection movement principle to mix the material inside the tank. And because the blander forces the material inside the tank to move up and down, so the mixing percentage would be increased and time could be reduced. With the simple and special designing of machine, the mixer could be clean easily.
Features:
- The mixing method is convection movement in three dimensions. The propeller is rotating and moving along the tank inner wall to push the material moves from the bottom to the top of tank. Because outer material is moving upward and inner material is moving downward, so it creates convection and three-dimensional mixing.
- It will save more energy because of partial mixing. For example,10.000L mixer will spend 1/3、1/5energy compare to other same capacity mixer.
- Because propeller forces will push material, so it Can save more time during mixing process and will mix material evenly.
- With simple structure design, it's easy to clean and maintain.
During mixing process the powder grain will not be damage because propeller is rotated at lower R.P.M. - Because low power, frictionless of parts, and low heat generation, so it is more suitable for low-melting-point materials
