It is the best rotary and rocking machine. It becomes the smart technology by modifying from the principles of V-type, U-type, diagonal-type and double cone mixers.
The principles of mixing is the tand body equipped with a simple blade to enhance mixing when it mixes. Instaneously, the thnk body will rock by left-right and up-down, to make the material move inside the tank body, to reach mixing quickly and fully.
This machine can incline to unload by manual button within 3 - 5 minutes.
This machine is small-space occupation, silent and safe. And it is most available in the GMP food plant and pharmaceutical plant because the tank body is simple and easy to clean.
Features:
- The rocking mixer is a new developed mechanism, and it is art technology model equipments. The principle of machine combine which uses in this machine is similar with V-type, U-type diagonal type and double-lone mixers, but it is more powerful and efficient.
- The mixing chamber is rocking and rotating in 3 dimensional axes (x，y, and z) with mixing blades inside the chamber. Because mix-ing chamber is moving in 3-dimensional axes，so it provides more forces to the mixing blade to makes product well mixed and less production time.
- After the mixing is finished, the discharge process will start and it could be done automatically or manually in 3-5minutes.
This machine is compact system and it only requires small space. Rocking mixer is easy and simple to operate, and it is quiet and safe. - The mixing chamber design is simple, so it's easy to clean. This machine is most useful mixer for GMP foods and pharmaceuticals industries use.
