This machine is half-dry type and low moisture granulating machine, so it can keep production quality during large production requirement.
This machine is using for pharmaceuticals, foods (health foods), animal feeds, detergent and chemical fertilizers and foods additive productions.
The granulated product from this machine has very good manufactured process. In the packing yield, accuracy and efficiency are excellent. No caking and bridging problem in manufactured process.
Features:
- Using special pushed-blades and inverse pressurizing device inside the filter, the product rate is three times more than traditional granulating machine.
- Use less water for granulating to simplify pre-process. The application is for wide range of granule products. The operation is simple and efficient.
- The rotating speed of blades is variable. The sieve plate is easy to remove & change.
- The diameter of the pores and the sieve plate has different size in order to achieve requirement of production quality.
- The quality of production have uniform hardness and size, In the sieve plate, the pore has variable diameter size from 0.5mm to 2.0mm. The plate is easy and fast to change.
