Hemispherical screw Granulating Machine uses a hemispherical discharge screen design to mix the material to be granulated with an appropriate binder, then feed it into the upper funnel. The internal special extrusion screw pushes the material forward to the hemispherical discharge screen at the discharge point. Due to the special screw design, the granulation speed can be continuously adjusted to achieve the best high-efficiency granulation quality and meet the needs of continuous production.
The granulated product from this machine has very good manufactured process. In the packing yield, accuracy and efficiency are excellent. No caking and bridging problem in manufactured process.
